We loved designing this modern farmhouse in Okotoks. The new build includes an ICF foundation, completed with stone, hardy board and architectural gable details on the exterior. We selected luxurious finishes for the interior, all completed with quality craftsmanship. Some of the custom elements include great room vaulted beam ceilings, large walkthrough pantry, steam shower and an entertainment space with a basement bar that has a future wine room. Walking into the large foyer you are greeted with a spectacular chandelier, followed by open concept living leading to mountain views. The walkout basement and large outdoor deck make outdoor living a wonderful experience here.
